Refund policy

DAR SORA is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Consumer Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Royal Decree No. M/30) and the E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree No. M/71).

Your Right to Return

Under Saudi Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to return any product purchased from DAR SORA within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
The item is in its original condition with all tags attached.
The item is returned in its original packaging.
The item is not listed under the non-returnable exceptions below.

Under the Saudi E-Commerce Law, as an online purchase, you are additionally entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it without being required to provide a reason, provided the item remains in its original unused condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Items where tags have been removed.
Items that have been damaged after delivery due to customer misuse or negligence.
Custom-made or personalized items made to your specific measurements or requirements.
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order through one of the following:

Please include the following in your return request:

Your full name and order number.
The item(s) you wish to return.
The reason for the return.
Photos of the item in its current condition.

We will respond to your return request within 3 business days of receipt and provide you with instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, DAR SORA will cover the cost of return shipping in full.
If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for all returns. DAR SORA is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was described or shown on our website, you are entitled under Saudi Consumer Protection Law to one of the following remedies at your choice:

A full replacement of the item at no additional cost.
A full refund of the purchase price.
A repair of the defect, where applicable.

Please notify us of any defect or damage within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@dar-sora.com with photographs clearly showing the defect or damage.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please follow the same process as a return request above and specify the size or color you require. If the requested alternative is not available, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

Original payment method: Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout, including Mada, Visa, Mastercard, or Apple Pay.
Processing time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account, typically 3 to 10 business days.
Store credit: If you prefer, we may issue store credit instead of a monetary refund, at your request.

We do not deduct any administrative or restocking fees from your refund for returns made within the 7-day statutory period.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery by contacting us immediately at info@dar-sora.com. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process upon receipt.

Under the Saudi E-Commerce Law, you have the right to cancel an online order within 7 days of receipt even after delivery, as described above under Your Right to Return.
