DAR SORA is committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and within the timeframes described below. This Shipping Policy outlines our obligations and your rights under the E-Commerce Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Royal Decree No. M/71) and the Consumer Protection Law (Royal Decree No. M/30).
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends (Friday and Saturday) and Saudi public holidays.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase is complete.
- You will receive a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (AST) will be processed the following business day.
- During high-demand periods such as Ramadan, Eid, and sale events, processing times may extend to 3 to 5 business days. We will notify you of any delays.
Shipping Destinations
DAR SORA currently ships to the following destinations:
- Domestic: All regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- International: Selected GCC countries and international destinations. Please contact us at info@soraofficial.com to confirm availability to your country before placing an order.

- Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
- Deliveries are made Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM AST.
- DAR SORA ships through trusted Saudi logistics partners including but not limited to Aramex, SMSA, and Naqel.
International Shipping — GCC and Beyond

- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
- DAR SORA has no control over customs processing times, which may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows.
- We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an international order.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real time.
- If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@soraofficial.com.
Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries
- Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times at the address provided at checkout.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, your order will be held at a local facility for up to 5 business days before being returned to us.
- If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
- Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout. DAR SORA is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
Under the Saudi E-Commerce Law, DAR SORA is obligated to deliver your order within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please take the following steps:
- Check your tracking number for the latest delivery status.
- Contact us at info@soraofficial.com with your order number and tracking details.
- We will open an investigation with our logistics partner within 2 business days of your report.
If your order is confirmed lost by the logistics carrier, DAR SORA will offer you one of the following remedies at your choice:
- A full replacement of your order at no additional cost.
- A full refund of the purchase price and shipping fees paid.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take the following steps immediately:
- Photograph the damaged packaging and item before opening or using it.
- Do not discard the original packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dar-sora.com with your order number and photographs.
DAR SORA will arrange a replacement or full refund for items confirmed as damaged in transit. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
